Our Stain Brush is the ideal tool for removing stains on all fabrics, from delicate knits to sturdy linens. Rather than working a stain with your finger, use this brush to effectively treat the target area without harming the fabric. We never recommend using paper towels, washcloths, napkins, or sponges, as they leave behind bigger messes.
Did you know...
Stains build up over time. We recommend pretreating with every load to prevent and remove stains, fight dinginess, and prevent or remove odors. While you may not notice a stain today, it is especially important to pretreat areas that are susceptible to buildup, such as underarms, collars, and cuffs.
To pretreat protein and tannin stains such as wine, coffee, ink, grass, urine, and blood, apply Stain Solution using the Stain Brush. For pit stains and other old, set-in stains on all fabrics EXCEPT silk, wool, and leather, add All-Purpose Bleach Alternative to the solution.
To pretreat dirt, grease and oil-based stains such as ring around the collar, cuff discoloration, lotion, makeup, and salad dressing, use the Wash & Stain Bar. This bar is also effective on gum, sap, tar, and sticky residue. Dry-clean-only or unlaunderable items such as suits or upholstery can be spot treated using the Wash & Stain Bar to remove stains and odor.
To combat dull colors, dingy whites, and odors, pretreat stains and then presoak in a basin of hot water mixed with 1 capful of All-Purpose Bleach Alternative. Then wash according to our washing instructions. Our bleach alternative product is safe for all fabrics EXCEPT silk, wool, and leather.
Always... Pretreat stains before laundering. Never... Use All-Purpose Bleach Alternative on silk or wool. Use dryer before pretreating.
