Did you discontinue the “ baby” scent? My favorite!!: Thank you for your question - we miss our previous Baby fragrance, too! While we unfortunately can't share an exact restock date at this time, we do recommend staying tuned for updates. Hi - How many pumps (using the pump provided with the gallon size) for 1 HE load please? I used to use the measuring cup but found it to be more messy than it's worth. Would love to just know how many pumps = 1 oz? Thank you!: Hi there, thank you for your question. While 1 full pump from the gallon yields around 1 oz of product, we would recommend using our Laundry Measuring Cup to ensure the correct amount is dispensed!
The original Signature Detergent recommended using half the amount for HE machines (2 capfuls) vs Non-HE machines (4capfuls). Why has this changed?: Thank you for reaching out. Because our formulas have been modified, dosage has slightly changed with some products being double concentrated. Additionally, for an enhanced dosing experience, you’ll notice that we’ve updated our dosage instructions from capfuls to ounces/milliliters. We recommend measuring out the formulas in a washable silicone measuring cup like the Laundress Laundry Measuring Cup or kitchen measuring cup according to load size, then following the instructions on the detergent label for your machine type.
