"I received an order with 5 bottles of laundry detergent, 4 black bottle tops were smashed and cracked beyond use with black plastic pieces in the detergent due to poor packaging. Once opened the black pieces had to be picked out of the detergent. I notified support and they said they would send new bottle caps not offering to replace the bottles, the replacement caps were in awaiting carrier pickup for a week, I contacted support again and expressed my frustration that I was not offered replacement bottles, they again only offered to send new plastic caps, these also are waiting to be picked up by carrier for a week. Unacceptable. I have been a customer way before the bacteria forced recall and I am disappointed this is the brand that I used to love. L’Avant had my business when the bacteria forced your recall and I think I must go back to them again."
