"I’ve been using the detergent version which is highly scented and absolutely beautiful. Based on this, I purchased three bottles of The fabric spray. But despite my hopes of sending coats and linens, this fabric spray has virtually no scent and what little scent it does have has no staying power. I wish I could return them because they are not inexpensive. But I will never buy them again. l"
"I am crushed. I could not tolerate the smell. I was hoping the scent would be the same as the classic Laundress detergent but to me it is not. I do agree the wrinkle release it provides is very good. I recommend ordering one bottle not 2 like I did the first time. The scent was very male cologne scented to me. I guess Ill give the second bottle as a Christmas gift. Crushed."

- The ingredients looks changed from couple years ago when it didn't have any synthetic frangrances and no pthalates. Does this new version have any pthalates, phosphates and toxins?
- Our new fabric care formulas do not contain phosphates or artificial color. In addition, phthalates are not intentionally added to Laundress formulations. Our product standards prohibit phthalates in fragrances, which are where phthalates are typically encountered. The term bio-based indicates that a product or its ingredients come primarily from renewable sources that are not petroleum based. Biobased ingredients are derived from many different agricultural, marine, and forestry materials, and they can include animal ingredients. The biobased ingredients in The Laundress products are exclusively plant-based and do not contain any animal ingredients or by-products. We perform a comprehensive quality assessment and monitoring of ingredients to ensure they are optimized to deliver on performance as well as a thorough review of suppliers, in a renewed commitment to the highest raw material standards.

- Our new Fabric Spray Collection is suitable for use on all washable fabrics, including delicates like silk and wool. Always spray from 6 inches away, and test sensitive fabrics first in an inconspicuous spot.

While our Wool & Cashmere Spray was specially designed to freshen & dewrinkle woolens with a cedar-based scent, the Classic Fabric Spray is suitable for use on all washable fabrics, including delicates, outerwear, and woolens.
