"Eliminates odors from athletic wear and synthetic fabrics and replaces with nice scent. It does not smell like it simply covers bad odor or the weird combo of bad odors and strong scents as with other brands I have used. My kids play sports and I was so tired of washing on hot and still having clothing smell like sweat and deodorant. I sometimes use with a sanitizing rinse and the scent is still nice even after that additional product. For the price, I only use on athletic wear, I currently wouldn’t use on other items that didn’t need the odor elimination just as I know it is an area I can save on by using a product that cleans for a cheaper price per load but in specific circumstances, this is worth the price for me."

I emailed customer service to request replacements (CAPS, not product), but never received them (they actually wanted me to send photos of the shattered (pieces of?) flip top caps, which of course I had already discarded. Shame on you, Laundress. How hard is it to mail three new caps? You’ve lost a loyal client because of it."
