Shipping Policy
The Laundress ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii for an additional air shipping cost. The Laundress does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses within the United States.
Order and Shipping Confirmations
You will receive an email confirmation once your order
has been placed. This email will include your order
number and shipping method. Please make sure your
shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect
goods once they have left our facility.
Orders can take up to 4-6 business days to be processed
and shipped, given all items are in stock. Please note
that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple
shipments (i.e., in the case of a backorder).
The Laundress provides free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States for orders valued over $50.
This offer can be redeemed in conjunction with promotions and discounts. The subtotal before tax must be over $50 after the promotional code is applied for Free Shipping to apply.
The Laundress provides expedited 2-day and next day shipping options during the checkout process.
