From Pet Odors to Body Odor, We Can Help

Wondering How to Remove Odor from Clothing?

Faced with a pet mess or smelly clothing? The Laundress will show you how to get rid of pet urine odor and body odor on fabrics! When eliminating urine and body odor from cottons and linens, presoak the item in a basin of hot water mixed with 1 capful of All-Purpose Bleach Alternative. For silks and woolens, apply Scented Vinegar directly to the odor areas and work it into the fabric. Then presoak the garment in a bath of tepid water and 1/4 cup of Scented Vinegar for no longer than 30 minutes. From there, finish with your normal washing process for the garment. Repeat as needed.

Pet Odor Removal

What about how to remove odor from clothing soiled by pets? Our Scented Vinegar works to eliminate pet odors, too. Follow the pretreat and presoak regimen outlined above, being sure to target the odorous areas. When soaking the garment, you should add 1/4 cup of white vinegar (Scented Vinegar) into the water. After 30 minutes, wash your garment as usual. The pet odor should be fully removed at the end of this process! If not, repeat this protocol as needed. Be sure to have plenty of white vinegar on hand!
