How to Clean: Vacuum weekly to remove excess dust and dirt; steaming will reduce dust causing allergens.

If you can remove the curtains, we recommend washing by fabric type with one of our detergents, 2-4 times a year, or as you see dirt and buildup.

Dressers & Nightstands

Material: Wood

Common Problems: Dust and Dirt

How to Clean: Remove dust with the Goat Hair Duster Wand then wipe clean with the Surface Cleaner and Lint-Free Cleaning Cloths.

Cautions: Some high gloss laminate furniture pieces only need water and a Lint-Free Cleaning Cloth as any cleaners will remove and lift the paint over time.

Flooring

Materials: Linoleum, Tile, Terrazzo, Vinyl, Wood

Common Problems: General Cleaning, Dust and Dirt, Hair and Pet Fur

How to Clean: Vacuum weekly to remove excess dust, dirt, hair and fur. Mix the All Purpose Cleaning Concentrate with hot water and mop.

Cautions: Acidic liquids can damage on contact, avoid using ammonia and harsh toxic cleaners. Excess water left behind will damage/separate flooring.

Mirror

Material: Glass

Common Problems: Streaking and Fingerprints

How to Clean: To remove fingerprints and streaking spray the surface with Glass & Mirror Cleaner and wipe using a Lint-Free Cleaning Cloths.

Cautions: Some glass cleaners contain wax which leaves a residue behind. Until the wax is removed, it will constantly smear.

Upholstery

Material: Fabric

Common Problems: Stains

How to Clean: Spot treat upholstery with the Wash and Stain Bar. Pat the treated area with a clean, damp cloth safely removing all dirt and stains—repeat as necessary.

Cautions: Dust regularly to remove and reduce mite allergens. Keep dry; moisture will encourage the growth of biological toxins, such as mold and mildew.

Shelving

Materials: Formica, Wood

Common Problems: Dirt and Dust

How to Clean: Remove dust with the Goat Hair Duster Wand or the appropriate vacuum attachments for hard-to-reach areas.

Cautions: Dust regularly to remove and reduce mite allergens.

Sideboards

Material: Wood

Common Problems: Dust and Fingerprints

How to Clean: Clean weekly to remove dust and fingerprints. If cabinet includes glass inserts follow with the Glass & Mirror Cleaner; wipe clean with a Lint-Free Cleaning Cloths. For surfaces other than glass, spray with Surface Cleaner and wipe clean.

Cautions: Do not apply wood polish to sealed or painted wood as this will attract dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive and toxic cleaners.
