Step 1
Pretreat areas with dirt, grease, and grime using our Wash & Stain Bar..
Step 2
Use Stain Solution for tannin stains such as juice, wine, coffee, ink, and chocolate.
Step 3
For extra tough stains, apply a mixture of Stain Solution and All-Purpose Bleach Alternative to the affected area.
Step 4
For extra whitening and brightening, presoak and launder using All-Purpose Bleach Alternative in hot water.To prevent adverse reactions such as permanent color loss, always test the product on an inconspicuous spot first.
The Laundress recommends washing techniques based on the principles of textile and fiber science. Not all garments perform and react as science would predict. Unfavorable outcomes may occur when washing items, such as slight changes in color or texture and, in rare cases, permanent dye release. This variance can happen due to the manufacturer’s unique process for setting dye into their garments and, in some situations, is a reaction caused by the actual stain itself. The Laundress has also encountered incorrectly labeled fabric care tags from the manufacturer and other complications from improper manufacturing. While The Laundress is not liable for damaged garments, we offer a full refund for the products used.
BLEACH PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: Hazards to humans and domestic animals. DANGER: CAUSES EYE BURNS. HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. Contains sodium percarbonate. Do not get in eyes, mucous membranes or on skin. Wear safety glasses and gloves when handling this product. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Do not taste or swallow. FIRST AID: Call a Poison Control Center (1-866-366-5048800-222-1222) or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling the Poison Control Center or doctor, or going for treatment. IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and flush with water immediately for 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first five minutes, then continue rinsing the eye. IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing and wash skin with plenty of water. IF SWALLOWED: If conscious, have person rinse mouth and drink a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS: Strong oxidizer. Flush drains before and after use. Do not mix with products containing ammonia, chlorine bleach, or with other household chemicals. Do not mix or store solution in a sealed container, as pressure can build up and the container may rupture causing injury. STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store container closed in a cool, dry area and away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources. Store at temperatures less than 104 °F.
