This versatile steamer not only removes creases and wrinkles—here at The Laundress, it has replaced the iron. Our steamer has proven to withstand the test of time; we've had the same steamer for almost 20 years! Jiffy's J-2 model provides over two hours of steam per filling. Steaming is ideal for clothing, tablecloths, bedspreads, and most any fabric.

To spot treat clothing, upholstery, and handwashing, use the Wash & Stain Bar..

For a fragrant finish, add 2 capfuls of Ironing Water to the tank when steaming.
Step 3
To ease wrinkle removal, use Crease Release 2 oz.

Steam or iron: not sure which path to take? Steaming provides the safest and gentlest finish for laundry items, releasing wrinkles for a smooth finish. We only iron when we want an extra-crisp finish.
Wool cannot be ironed. After washing woolens and drying, steaming will release the wrinkles and fluff the yarns.Pants can be easily steamed by hanging them by the cuff.
We recommend steaming and flipping mattresses at least two times a year to kill dust mites and bacteria, and to reduce allergens. Add 1 capful of The Laundress Ironing Water directly into the steamer’s water tank to achieve a fragrant finish.
