Eyeshadow
Pick up some peachy powder eyeshadow with an eyeshadow brush and swipe over lids in a windshield-wiper motion. Don’t go higher than the crease. Top it off with a light wash of creamy gold shadow: Use a finger to tap it over the center of your lids, moving toward the inner corners of your eyes. Finish with a bit of bronze cream eyeshadow on the outer third of your lids for depth.
Tip:
Wash & Stain Bar is my go-to for any makeup related smudge or stain, whether it’s lipstick or foundation. “I like how sustainable it is!” Romy says. “The wrapper is reusable, and the bar dissolves as you use it so you don’t have to throw anything away.”
Eyeliner & Mascara
With a coffee-hued eyeliner (try MAC Eye Pencil in Costa Riche), trace your upper lash line. When you reach the outer corners, flick it up slightly, then use the edge of your pointer finger to diffuse the line. Swipe on a few coats of mascara.
Blush
“Tata Harper Volumizing Lip and Cheek Tint in Very Charming is a natural, plant-based cream blush that absorbs into the skin for a fresh, rosy look,” says Romy. Smile, then dab a light veil of color over the apple of your cheeks with your middle finger. Use your ring finger to press into the skin and blend away the edges.
Brows
Brush brows up and out with a spoolie brush or a clean mascara wand. Fill in sparse areas with a tinted brow gel or powder.
Lips
Trace the outer edges of your lips with a pink-y brown lip liner like Bobbi Brown Lip Liner in Pink Mauve. After, use it to color in your lips. Slick on a peachy-nude lip gloss (Romy likes Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss in Buff), then add Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Damned, a brighter pink, to the inside center of your top and bottom lips for a pop of color.
Highlighter
Press a clear or champagne highlighter on the inner corners of your eyes, tops of cheeks, and brow bones for a pretty glow.
Powder
To tamp down any shiny areas, swirl on a finely-milled blurring powder. Only use where you need it. Done!
