HOW IT WORKS:
Simply send in any wool or cashmere sweater to The Laundress’ “laundry room” via UPS, DHL or FedEx. The girls will then go to work on getting your pieces looking and feeling just like the day you bought them, using their renowned Wool & Cashmere Shampoo that combines cedar extracts and sulfate-free shampoo to clean and preserve the natural fibers of even the most delicate of yarns. They will then ship your sweaters back to you, free of charge.
