I just wanted to say that I am so glad I tried the Signature collection detergent. My whole life is about smells and my things smelling good and in my opinion, I have finally found the pinnacle of smell for my clothing. I am in love with this stuff. I have already hooked FOUR people on it in the three days I own it. If I was a sales person, you would want me out there moving and shaking for you but alas, I am not. However, I can't stop doing laundry. I am even finding laundry to do just to have the experience. Gwen and Lindsey have found a way into my heart that no other can even touch. Absolutely fantastic
I must honestly tell you I could not possibly believe the price of your laundry product. I decide to try them out of sheer curiosity. I purchased the classic and the dark laundry products. They are absolutely fantastic. I have navy and black tee shirts that have been washed at least a dozen times and the color and fabric still looks brand new. I now have no worries about my beautiful expensive jeweled denim jeans. Thank you , thank you , thank you . . By the way I have been washing my cashmere sweaters for the past 30 years. Thanks for affirming that I am not totally crazy. One last thing. Is there some way I could sample the other fragrances of detergent without buying a bottle? Thank you again.

Wool and Cashmere - Absolutely Wonderful
Dear Lindsey & Gwen, Your Wool and Cashmere Wash is an absolutely wonderful product! My fine cashmere sweaters and Hudson Bay blanket have never felt softer or smelled fresher! My husband is a blacksmith- his clothes get filthy from forging steel. His grungy ragg wool sweaters are so clean and feel amazingly soft after a washing. I work as a ski instructor at Vail part-time and swear by my Ibex wool long johns and sweaters. Hello - I brought your products not sure what to expect but having read about them in several of the fashion magazines I read. I just wanted to say I am incredibly happy with the results of the Wool & Cashmere Shampoo and the Delicate Wash, as for your Stain Solution, it is nothing short of miraculous. Wonderful and Dependable
Hi, I am a huge fan of your line and use your Whites, Delicates and Stain Solution always on my clothes. However, I recently used the Stain Solution on folding chairs that I borrowed from my sister. They are upholstered in pale green "velvet" - the fabric has a short pile - and they were heavily stained with old food smears. I have such confidence in your products that I didn't even do a test patch! I used a damp paper towel with Stain Solution on it and removed all the stains without altering the color or affecting the nap of the velvet! Brilliant! My sister thought I had the chairs recovered! Thank you for your wonderful and dependable products. I'm going to try the Stain Bar on my rug!

You Did It!
One week ago, if you were to tell me that I'd get butter sauce out of my 5-year-old's cashmere sweater, I would have said "I'd like to see that". Well, you did it. Not only had the stain been set (or what I thought was set) by a previous attempt to remove it, but it had been set for over a week. I found you online, ordered the stain solution and the cashmere detergent, tried them, crossed my fingers, and "Poof", the stain is gone. Really gone! Wash & Stain Bar
Hi, I just wanted to let you know I just used the Wash & Stain Bar...LOVE IT! There was maraschino cherry juice on a 7 year old boy's shirt with lots of dirt stains too and I was able to get them out. Next, I experimented on my wood cutting board. I was out of bleach and had strawberry juice on the board...so I thought, "Why not try the Wash & Stain Bar?" and it worked!

Great Sheets
I have always been anal about my laundry! I use the Whites Detergent on my white sheets, and only on white sheets. I then hang them to dry outside on the clothes line and they are just fantastic! When it's rainy and cold and I don't hang them out the detergent smells so good that we still think they smell just as good as if they were hung outside! Thank you so much for your products. I received my luggage in my hotel room 30 minutes prior to an important corporate meeting. I was to meet some VIP'S for the first time and was in a panic as I needed to have the appropriate attire. I unpacked my hanging bag and to my dismay my suit coat and dress shirt were extremely wrinkled. Love my Travel Pack!
I was eating a Greek salad last Monday going crazy trying to get ready to fly out and all of the sudden an olive went flying out from under my fork and bounced twice on my pants before landing on the ground. I had two grease spots on my off-white paints that I was planning on wearing throughout the next two weeks of my trip. Luckily, I had my Travel Kit in my suitcase! I put the Stain Solution onto the spots and threw them in my suitcase to marinate during the flight. When I got to the hotel I washed the pants in the sink and let them dry. The grease stains completely disappeared by the next morning when they dried.

WOW, WOW, WOW!
Hi, I saw a piece about caring for cashmere and avoiding the cost of the dry cleaner on the Today Show MANY months ago. For cashmere care, the segment had recommended your Wool & Cashmere Shampoo. Well, I went to your web site and decided to try it. You said your product leaves cashmere very soft. (I thought- sure...we'll see) Wow, was I impressed. My sweaters have never been softer or cleaner! When I washed them, I could see the dirt being washed out. After air drying (flat), I cannot get over how SOFT all my sweaters are. A truly remarkable product. The cedar smell is so much better than dry cleaner chemical smell and I feel it is probably better for the environment,too. I love the video clip you have on washing cashmere, by the way. It was very helpful.

No More Grease!
I cook dinner for my family when I walk in the door and never change into my older; fabulous looking " Around the House outfit" While frying  the fresh bluegill we caught locally, grease splattered on my favorite sweater. The all cotton sweater was a mess. I used a dab of The laundress  Stain Solution on each spot,  only a tiny amount, then rubbed lightly with a soft toothbrush. I next washed the sweater with The laundress detergent.   NO MORE GREASE - One application. ( Ok, so I missed one spot) I have used Tide on each spot and shout... with no results.   Fabulous! Dear Laundress', I just had to tell YOU how wonderful your products are. I just just love them. One day after doing my wash-I was at work and one co-worker asked me what perfume I was wearing and I said none, that it was my clothes. So Impressed!
I am writing to tell you how impressed I am with your products. I was surprised to receive my items so quickly; I placed my order yesterday morning (04/26/06) and was utterly surprised to have the delivery man show up at my door this evening. I tested out three large loads of different kinds of clothing and used the Fabric Conditioner, Signature Detergent and the Baby Detergent. Swimwear Detergent
I love my Laundress Swimwear detergent...I even took it on my honeymoon to Aruba and washed my bathing suit! With all the swimming, snorkeling, and time spent on the beach...my bathing suit smelled of sweat and salt water. I was worried that after all the money I spent on the two nice suits I purchased for the honeymoon, that they'd be ruined. Hello, I recently tried your products through BeautyHabit.com, and I have to say that they are brilliant. The products smell great and work wonderfully. With Fabric Fresh, I have been getting at least one extra wear out of my black slacks, and they smell better than when they come back from the cleaners. I also took your Fabric Fresh and stain remover on a short trip - all of my clothes held up fantastically with no need to resort to the extortionist hotel laundry. I see that you have a bigger selection on your website, and will definitely be ordering soon. The money I am saving on dry cleaning is well worth the modest extravagance of your products - especially with the fantastic scents as a bonus. Keep up the good work!
